Samantha Meere
Administrative Assistant
Combining an international education with a lifelong love of movement, Sam is passionate about helping people move, stay active, and feel their best.
She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) at Brock University before moving to Sydney, Australia, where she earned her Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Macquarie University. She is currently completing her Canadian licensing requirements and looks forward to seeing patients once she is fully registered.
Growing up playing competitive hockey and soccer, Sam developed a deep appreciation for health, movement and the positive impact they have on overall well-being. These experiences inspired her passion for helping others stay active, regain confidence in movement, and continue participating in the activities they love.
Sam believes the best type of movement is the one you enjoy most. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and encouraged to achieve their individual goals. Through compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centred care, she strives to help people move with confidence, recover from injury, and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
Outside the clinic, Sam enjoys spending time at the gym, going for a run, playing sports, or reading a good book. If an activity involves coffee, that's an added bonus!
