Rachel has over 14 years of experience as a registered massage therapist throughout the Simcoe County and the GTA. She is also an experienced acupuncture practitioner specializing in acupuncture, guasha, cupping and Tuina massage to customize total wellness and healing programs for patients. She is also well trained in Chinese paediatric Tuina to assist babies and children’s digestive system issues, irregular sleeping and growing pain to balance energy flow, and enhance their overall well-being.
She is dedicated to assisting others on their unique wellness journey, utilizing natural and traditional methods to address various health concerns holistically.
Rachel has a strong interest and additional training in reproductive and hormonal conditions, fertility, painful menstruation, menopause, unwanted weight gain, chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety, insomnia, digestion, pain management, and well-aging techniques such as cosmetic facial acupuncture, facial Gua Sha, and facial cupping, ensuring a long-lasting glow from within.
Rachel has a strong passion for lifelong learning ,she is still continuing studying at the Traditional Chinese Medicine College in Toronto, her next goal is to become a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at cottage and outdoors with her husband, son and her sweet border collie dog and traveling any chance she gets!
