With years spent supporting and directing large teams, she’s known for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes while creating a welcoming, organized environment for both staff and patients.

Outside of the clinic, Nikki loves spending time outdoors—whether she’s camping with family, exploring nature, or heading to a concert.
