Nick Plummer, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Nick is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), graduating from Georgian College. Originally a personal trainer, Nick became an RMT in 2021 in order to expand his skillset and help clients more directly. He is primarily focused on obtaining results through a variety of techniques.
In addition to being an RMT, Nick has also obtained certification in Kinesiology Taping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Cupping, and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST-1). All of this in addition to traditional Swedish massage, myofascial technique, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy ensures that all clients leave their treatment with the results they expect. He firmly believes in education and is always looking for new ways to improve his treatments.

Nick is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST) who has been helping clients move and feel their best since graduating from Georgian College in 2021.

Nick is known for his results-driven approach, with a treatment style that emphasizes deep tissue massage while incorporating evidence-informed techniques such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM/muscle scraping), cupping therapy, and kinesiology taping when clinically appropriate. He works with individuals of all activity levels, from office workers managing everyday aches and pains to athletes looking to optimize performance and recovery. His experience includes treating hockey players, golfers, runners, weightlifters, and active individuals from a wide range of sports.

In addition to massage therapy, Nick has completed extensive training in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), earning his Level 1 certification in 2021. He offers FST as either a stand-alone treatment or seamlessly integrates it into massage therapy sessions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance movement. He is scheduled to complete his Level 2 FST certification in August 2026, further expanding the care he provides.

Outside of the clinic, Nick enjoys staying active and practicing what he preaches. Having previously competed in bodybuilding competitions, he understands the importance of recovery and movement. When he’s not in the treatment room, you’ll often find him snowboarding or staying active in the gym.
