Kenzie brings energy, expertise, and a big smile to everything she does. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University and is finishing up her second year at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
With a passion for fitness, wellness, and coaching, Kenzie is dedicated to helping others move better and feel their best. Her positive and fun approach makes every session enjoyable and motivating—she’s here to support your goals and celebrate your progress every step of the way!
Kenzie grew up playing a variety of sports. She played volleyball, soccer, basketball, softball, gymnastics, flag football, and earned a silver medal in javelin at OFSAA. Her diverse athletic background not only shaped her love for fitness but also gave her a unique edge in coaching—she understands what it takes to move well, compete hard, and have fun doing it.
