Krista Braun, ND is a board-certified Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and an active registrant with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She has been providing naturopathic care for Barrie and the surrounding community for over 20 years, with areas of interest in women’s health and pediatric wellness, mental health and stress resiliency support, healthy age and weight management, endocrine and hormonal balancing, detoxification support and digestive health, skin health and epigenetic counselling. She utilizes a unique combination of therapies, including Clinical Nutrition, Homeopathy, Botanical Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Lifestyle Coaching.

As an avid advocate for women's health, she offers hormone balancing support for the transitional stages in a woman's life, whether it be for puberty, fertility planning, pregnancy or menopause. She also offers prenatal and postnatal naturopathic support for women, in addition to healthy breast education to offer safe and natural options for wellness.

She offers in-depth patient history taking and diagnostic testing in order to provide naturopathic supportive measures for balancing the endocrine system and hormonal system. For an integrative, patient-centered approach, she offers integrative hormone balancing support alongside a Nurse Practitioner who provides additional diagnostic testing and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.

She offers wellness check-ups for infancy, childhood and teen years, along with naturopathic supportive measures for childhood development and wellbeing.

As an adjunct to her naturopathic practice, she has also completed training in Body Talk Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, & Soul Realignment Therapy to offer her clients gentle, hands-on body work as a part of their healing.
