Divya Patel
Divya is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach with a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Georgian College. He is dedicated to helping people of all fitness levels build strength, improve confidence, and create sustainable habits that lead to long-term success.
With a background in professional cricket, sprinting, and long-distance running, Divya brings a unique perspective to training and performance. He has also worked with athletes in rugby and hockey, helping them develop strength, power, conditioning, and overall athletic performance.
Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose weight, improve athletic performance, or simply feel stronger and healthier, Divya is committed to helping you reach your goals and enjoy the process along the way.
When he’s not coaching, you’ll likely find him in the gym, out for a run, cooking, or enjoying a game of badminton.
