Bradley Connolly
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Bradley is currently a student at Lakehead University (HBA) majoring in Psychology. He brings a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and develop his skills to build towards a long-term career in health and performance.
He holds an ISSA Personal Trainer Certification and comes from a diverse athletic background, including high-level soccer, club rugby, and endurance sports as a marathoner and ultramarathoner. Outside of structured training, he’s passionate about an active outdoor lifestyle that includes hiking, camping, rock climbing, golf and snowboarding.
With experience across a variety of training environments, Bradley enjoys working with people at all stages of their fitness journey. He’s especially interested in bridging physical training with mental well-being, and is exploring how both can work together to support long-term, sustainable health.
He’s all about helping you move better, get stronger, and enjoy the process while you’re at it. Expect good energy, structure, and personal support in all of his sessions.
