Avery is passionate about helping others build confidence, strength, and healthier lifestyles through movement and fitness. As a recent graduate, she has spent the past five years dedicated to her education while continuing to pursue her passion for health and wellness.
With over six years of consistent weight training experience, Avery has developed a strong appreciation for discipline, motivation, and the positive impact fitness can have on both physical and mental well-being. She enjoys creating a supportive and encouraging environment where members feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered to reach their goals.
Outside of the gym, Avery enjoys staying active, travelling, and spending quality time with family and friends. She values maintaining a balanced lifestyle and is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally while helping others along their fitness journey.
