Ankita is a Registered Physiotherapist. She pursued her Honour's Bachelors of Physiotherapy from India, thereafter she served in the community for three years treating patients with orthopaedic and neurological conditions, gaining invaluable experience.

Ankita believes that education is an on-going process and she also completed her Honour's Diploma in Fitness and health promotion where she got in-depth knowledge in exercise prescription. 

Ankita provides functional based treatment approach where the whole patient is treated. Treatment approaches are mainly based on manual therapy, exercise therapy including mobilization, strengthening and stretching. Every patient is unique and as a therapist Ankita goes above and beyond to help patients reach their goals. 

In her free time, Ankita enjoys skating, walking or cooking.
