Alisha Virani is a Registered Physiotherapist providing evidence-based care with a focus on pelvic health physiotherapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and active recovery. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Honours) and has experience in both inpatient and outpatient neuro-based hospital settings, treating neurological and orthopedic conditions.
She also holds a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion (Honours), allowing her to integrate biomechanics, exercise science, and manual therapy into personalized rehabilitation programs. Alisha is a Certified Functional Intramuscular Stimulation (CFIMS) practitioner and is certified in acupuncture, offering effective treatment for muscle pain, chronic pain, and neuromuscular dysfunction.
Alisha has completed all three levels of pelvic health physiotherapy training and provides specialized care for prenatal and postnatal pelvic health, including pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, incontinence, core weakness, pelvic stability, and birth preparation. She also has training in paediatric physiotherapy.
Alisha is committed to helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve overall quality of life through individualized, evidence-based treatment.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys long walks, exploring new trails, and spending time with her husband.
