Alisha Virani, PT

Registered Physiotherapist / Pelvic floor physio

Alisha is a Resident Physiotherapist with a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (Honours). She practiced Physiotherapy, at a Neuro-Based hospital and gained experience working in both in-patient and outpatient departments.

She also holds a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, from which she graduated with Honours. Through the program, she learned concepts related to body biomechanics and applied those skills to develop personalized exercise plans.

Alisha approaches treatment through active rehabilitation, hands-on manual therapy, and an individualized exercise program. Her motto is to help patient's live a healthy and pain-free life.

Alisha has also taken courses and is trained in paediatric physiotherapy and pelvic health and offers pelvic health physiotherapy for pre and post natal women and other pelvic health conditions.

In her free time, Alisha enjoys going on long walks, exploring new trails, and spending time with her husband.
