Panthea graduated with honours from Georgian College’s 3-year Massage Therapy program, and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Prior to attending Georgian College, she trained and competed competitively in Track & Field, and studied at the University of Toronto.
Panthea is a sports and rehabilitation focused massage therapist that practices with evidence-based and patient-centred care. She is always committed to growing as a practitioner and continuing her education in order to provide patients with the highest level of care.
With numerous additional certifications and training, Panthea utilizes different techniques and modalities during treatment such as medical acupuncture (McMaster University Medical Acupuncture program graduate), cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), fascial & myofascial release techniques, TMJ treatments, and trigger point therapy.
When not at the clinic, you can find Panthea spending time with her spouse and two dogs, training in martial arts, running and lifting at the gym.
